Initially, a Denton Associates Director will visit with one of our designers to discuss your requirements. The Denton Associates Director will remain involved throughout the scheme as your main point of contact. Our in house design team will guide our clients through the design process, from creating concept ideas through to comprehensive design detailing.
Our Project Management and Commercial Management team prepares programmes, cost management documentation and details of quality adherence procedures. A weekly project meeting will be held to discuss progress, quality and any change requirements. A detailed project report will be prepared for each meeting. We have our own Health and Safety team. The Construction (Design and Management) Coordinator and Principal Contractor role are undertaken "in house".
Contact does not finish at the end of a project. We offer a full after sales care service.
We offer pre-lease advice to assist clients in selecting the most appropriate premises.
