Each project is assigned a Designer, who is involved from concept to completion and we start each new project with a blank piece of paper and an open mind. We focus on specific and individual requirements by fully engaging your own opinions and experience as part of a collaborative process.
The project process begins with the analysis of your brief and the development of concept drawings.
Space plans are then developed, agreed and followed by discussion regarding finishes, furniture selection and the coordination of business services, telephony and information technologies. When the design is approved, it is then detailed for construction. Design of specialist works includes mechanical (air conditioning and plumbing etc.), electrical, structural, information technology integration, audio visual and acoustics. These are integrated into the Design. We will advise on and execute the relevant statutory consent processes to ensure all works comply with appropriate regulations.
