Project Management

Once the design, budget and timescale for your new offices fit out has been agreed, we guarantee that we will honour that agreement by providing a fixed price service with no hidden costs. To affirm our confidence in this promise, we will accept financial penalties, should the project overrun. You can enter into a contract with Denton Associates with comfort of ensuring business continuity during your relocation / reorganisation, knowing certainty of costing, timescale and quality.

Our Project Managers become involved at an early stage, usually during the Design phase. We believe this provides our team with an early insight into your requirements. This assists in developing accurate specifications and costs and programmes. When site works commence, the Project Manager has a depth of knowledge of the project expectation.

Our Project Managers appreciate that continuous quality control through regular communication is essential to ensure that the transition to your new working environment is done efficiently and with minimum disruption.

This 'hand holding' exercise within our role of Project Management realises your expectation from initial conceptual discussions through to seeing you move into your new premises. Our professionalism and experience encompasses all aspects of the scheme and highlights decision making processes, key delivery items that might be on long lead times, as well as advice on elements that you might be deciding to contract externally to our remit. Our aim is to share our substantial experience with you to ensure no stone is left unturned, avoiding any unwanted surprises at the project conclusion.

After handover, we remain in contact with you, providing ongoing support to meet your ongoing needs.
