As part of the recently appointed CEO Andy Green’s “revitalisation of Logica” a new build statement building was selected to help the company work in a different manner to the rather tired Stephenson House they were vacating. Peter Millican’s Kings Place is an outstanding music and visual arts venue with a range of imaginative and beautifully designed facilities, coupled with office space. Logica occupy the 30,000 sq ft top floor which allows light to flood the space from all angles.
The largely open plan floor allows staff to book different work solutions depending on their clients needs. As such, the space needed to be free of clutter and files with flexible work space that enhanced peoples productivity. Denton worked with Jones Lang as project manager and QS ensuring full cost transparency for the client.
