Pamplona were a newly created fund in 2004. The fund wanted to be located in a prestigious West End location and accordingly a search was undertaken around Mayfair and St James's. Denton Associates assisted in the assessment of the shortlisted buildings and it was agreed that the building that best satisfied their requirements was Curzon, Square, 25 Park Lane. This being one of the prime office buildings on the market in London, the fit out was accordingly progressed with the base build finishes in mind. The details had to be sensitively developed to ensure a 'fit' to the building fabric and to assist in the Landlord approval process in one of their flagship buildings.
Denton worked closely with the IT integrators to ensure all aspects of trading systems, telephony, audio visual systems and general office IT could be accommodated within the fit out. The final Design included polished stone flooring, Full height walnut doors in silicon glazed fronts forming the offices and meeting rooms, polished plaster finishes to client areas with feature lighting systems.
Having moved into the offices on time and within budget, Denton have an ongoing relationship with this client, assisting in all aspects of their property needs.
Due to continued expansion, in 2007 Denton Associates were asked to Design and fitout a newly acquired floor within the premises, effectively doubling the Pamplona space.
