Park Square Capital was a fund set up in 2004 as Europe's largest independent mezzanine fund. The requirement was to find an office space in Mayfair that would create the right environment for the fund as well as allowing room for growth for the short term future. The chosen floor at Devonshire House had been previously occupied and the original fit-out was still in place. Park Square's occupancy would bear no resemblance to the existing layout and finishes, so the Design team at Denton had to provide appropriate Design information to allow our client a 'vision' of how it could look.
The persuading having been done, a full strip out was carried out of the existing space, back to bare essentials. IT systems were installed, new and supplementary air conditioning as well as lighting systems were added. Stone flooring, walnut panelling, bespoke joinery doors and frames set into silicon glass forming offices and meeting rooms created the overall ambience.
New furniture was sourced through Denton and the overall scheme was delivered on time and within budget. As is Denton's ethos, we have provided ongoing support to Park Square, carrying out further amendments to the space, accommodating the clients steady expansion.
