Richard joined the company in 1998 and has over 20 years experience in Design & Build. He believes that Denton's unique approach is of real benefit to our Clients.

Richard has recruited pre-contract and contract professionals that match the finest from the consultancy sector. He has introduced a flexible structure that encourages individual expression. Richard is qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, a Chartered Builder and Arbitrator. He has a First Class Degree in Surveying and is an examiner for RICS.
